Swings to burn fat
Just finished this article Kettlebell or Dumbbell Swings to burn fat I used to do these for sports conditioning and I think they can be a great way to burn fat and build up endurance.

I see so many people slamming out a ton of reps with low weights on the ab machine at the gym. Usually not even full reps, just a bunch of partial reps. They know this isn't the way to do biceps or chest. So why do they think abs are different?"
This is a good point. Abs are about cutting bodyfat. Crunches aren't that good at that. And about increasing abdominal muscle size a little so that they stick out better. You don't do extremely high reps with low weights to create hypertrophy. You use lower reps and higher weights. I like to do 85% of my 1rm till failure for 3 sets.
This is the way you increase muscle mass for any bodypart.

Ever wonder how many crunches you should do a day to get six pack abs? I used to do a 100 situps a day in my attempt to get six pack abs.
