Diet

I spend hours everyday (most days) browsing through fitness sites and looking for content etc... I see so much stuff out there that is total bull. Many people are either stuck in the past using old diet plans or else or following plans that aren't even intended for there particular goal.

Now if this was an advertisement then I would plug in some product here (But not this product this will show you the keys to diet success)

But this isn't and advertisement, just some rambling. Maybe when I finish with my current sites then I will make a nutrition site to educate people on diet and nutrition. But I don't see my self having the time anytime soon.

Anyway I will plug in one real quick add here and say that I agree with MOST of what this guy says
