If you are into improving your vertical jump, or speed then you may have seen these things called strength shoes, platform shoes, plyometrics shoes, or Jumpsoles.
Are they worth your time and money or just a useless gimmick? I have wondered this question myself before.
Here is a small report detailing what it takes to increase your vertical jump, what these training devices do and what some of the "experts" have said about strength shoes.
