Diet and exercise

A lot of people believe that you need a good healthy diet and you need to exercise. However there are some people who believe that diet is important and exercise is not. It is true that it is way easier to eat calories then it is to burn them off, sometimes you hear someone eat something that they shouldn't and then they say that they are going to go walk it off. I guess this is better then doing nothing but it is very easier to eat three of four hundred calories and it will take a very long time to burn that, even with a very intense workout. So exercise doesn't replace diet. However if you want a strong and healthy body then you need exercise too, it's not enough to just eat right.
